zaezar’s terms of service

To commission me, you agree to accept all of the terms listed below. These may be changed at any time for any reason. Any changes will not affect previous works made before the changes were put in place.

#1: I reserve the right to use any art I produce in promotional material or for my professional portfolio. This does NOT include prints or other materials made for profit. I will not try to sell or make additional profit off of commissioned materials without permission from the commissioner/character owner.

#2: You may upload and share any commissioned work yourself when and where you see fit, so long you give proper credit. Proper credit could simply be "Art By Zaezar" or posting a link to an original posting made by me.

#3: Payments are sent via PayPal using USD currency.

#4: I reserve the right to deny a commission for any reason I see fit.

#5: Refunds for artwork are to be negotiated depending on the reason for the refund. I will not refund you for wrong or missing information after the piece is finalized.

#6: Commissions are only for your personal use. You may not sell prints or profit in any way without my DIRECT permission. This includes the minting, exchange, or selling of NFT’s using my artwork.

#7: You are allowed to edit the work you receive only for the purpose of education and practice. These pieces can be posted only if you say explicitly what you did on/to my artwork and provide a link to an original upload made by me. You are not allowed to make any profit off of these images. This includes traces or highly modified versions of my original artwork. You cannot say this was a collaborative piece between us, as no collaboration was done. You may not use my art in AI generated media, nor as a seed for AI generated media.

#8: By commissioning me, it’s assumed that you have permission to have the character drawn. If I feel that I am not allowed to draw the character in the situation given, then I may ask for proof that I am allowed to draw them.

#9: 18+ pieces are only accepted if I feel comfortable with the piece being drawn. I will deny the commission if I feel the character is under age, if I disapprove of the implications of the scene or situation, or for any other reason I see fit as per rule #4.

#10: By commissioning me you’re paying me for my time and supplying your request of what I do with that time. I still reserve ownership of the finished artistic piece. The ownership of characters within said art are reserved for their original owners. You are not allowed to claim ownership of the art piece for any reason other than if I transfer ownership of it to you. That is a formal business discussion that shall be handled on a case by case basis.

If any of this is unclear or if you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask.
